Colonel Alfred Durham, Chief of Police for the City of Richmond, believes "public safety is a shared responsibility” and will be talking to us about his plans to create a safer city and the challenges or obstacles he has in succeeding.

He will update us on the areas in Richmond where crime has lowered and where it is increasing.

There will be plenty of time to take all your questions so come prepared!
