A high level overview of the LIHTC program and how multi-family developers and owners can use this program. Participants will get a basic understanding of the 9% and 4% FLIHTC programs. Includes information about developer qualifications, 9% program application insight, and more.

About Corbin Anderson:
Mr. Anderson joined VCC in August 2016 as a Real Estate Loan Officer after eight years of owning and operating a real estate consulting business focusing on the development and financing of affordable housing throughout the mid-Atlantic. He brings over 20 years of community development and affordable housing experience in both the for profit and nonprofit sectors, specializing in Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit development. Mr. Anderson has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Policy Analysis from Cornell University.
