About Ralph Reahard:
Before getting into property management, Ralph Reahard was a local real estate investor. He currently has over 50 rentals in the Richmond area ranging from the Tarrington neighborhood in Midlothian to Fulton Hill in the East End and all parts in between. He and his team at Real Property Management Richmond Metro manage another 400+ doors for third party clients and love watching their investors grow their portfolios. Ralph knows that managing a property and managing a real estate investment are completely different. As an investor and manager, he believes in goal alignment and creating true partnerships.

In the past year, they’ve had over 5,400 online rental inquiries and screened over 600 prospective residents. Join us as Ralph shares tips and tricks for filling vacancies quickly and screening out bad-fit tenants.
