About Michael Freeman

Michael T. Freeman is the Managing Attorney for Samuel I. White, P.C., over a number of departments, including the Bankruptcy practice, the Information Technology department and for overall Process Management. His practice areas include bankruptcy, creditor's rights, loss mitigation, commercial and civil litigation, foreclosures, landlord/tenant, evictions, title resolution and debt collection. His current geographical coverage focuses on representation of lenders and creditors in the states of Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia and the District of Columbia, appearing in Bankruptcy Court as well as at the state level. He frequently handles matters involving secured debts, creditor's rights litigation, automobile litigation and unsecured creditor work in both state and bankruptcy court. His commercial litigation focuses on resolution of title issues and defects, deficiency actions, debt collection, foreclosure-related litigation and other matters involving real property. He is a regular lecturer on topics including bankruptcy, creditor's rights, real estate, loss mitigation and mortgage modifications.
