“Real Estate Debt and Equity Market Update”
Our speaker, Sandler Passman from John B Levy Mortgage, will discuss the mortgage market in regards to multi-family, mixed use, and commercial properties.
Sandler Passman is an equity banker for John B. Levy & Company Inc, leading the firm’s sales and marketing initiatives. He is active in ULI’s Council System and sits on the leadership team of Small-Scale Black. Additionally, Mr. Passman is the state chair for ICSC. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Passman worked for 8 years in finance, raising capital and securitizing structured products. Mr. Passman’s other professional experiences include founding SilverStaff, Inc., a health care management company, as well as having spent five years as legislative aide in the U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Passman earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University, and graduated with honors from Colby College. Additionally, Mr. Passman completed the General Course Program at the London School of Economics and holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 securities licenses.
