Carly Stratton and Ernie Rogers
Carly Stratton is a top 5% producing Homesnap Real Estate Agent Nationwide. She is licensed in Virginia, offering buyer and seller services throughout the Richmond & Central Virginia market. Her strengths and specialties include traditional buying and selling, an accelerated sales product, with an additional niche in relocation services in Richmond and surrounding areas. In addition, she oversees and directs government tax delinquent property sales for Motleys and their clients.
Carly services a national wholesale account selling real estate extensively across the Commonwealth of Virginia. She offers exemplary customer service, and her attention to detail and organizational skills have granted her a high client retention base. She is results driven, and she uses her strong work ethic to yield her clients the best results.
Ernie Rogers is the Real Estate Broker and an Auctioneer for Motleys Asset Disposition Group. Ernie has been selling real estate both by auction and traditional sales since 1998. Ernie specializes in selling lifestyle properties such as golf course homes, luxury homes, country homes, waterfront property, farms, recreational property, single family homes, and land.
2005 Virginia State Champion Auctioneer. Ernie is a former active-duty Marine, a graduate of Arizona Western College, and was a banker for 17 years prior to starting his real estate and auction career in 1998. Ernie retired from the Air Force Reserves in 1996 at the rank of Captain. In January of 2019, Ernie was the recipient of the Virginia Hall of Fame award through Ernie is a Past President for the Virginia Auctioneers Association and was the 2004-the Virginia Auctioneers Association. Ernie is a Virginian native and has traveled the world.
