Richmond's Proposed Rental Property Maintenance Program

David Kohler, RPOA Vice-President will host Mr. Kevin J. Vonck, PhD, Director of Planning and Development Review for the City of Richmond in order to have a constructive dialogue with members of RPOA to create mutually beneficial boundaries of the proposed Rental Maintenance Program that will be a win-win for all.
Date: This meeting will shift from our usual third Tuesday, to one day later: Wednesday April 19, 2023 at Noon at Nick's Roman Terrace Restaurant 8051 W. Broad St. in Westland Shopping Center.
Pre-registration is important so the restaurant owner (Kathy) can be prepared for a large group.
