Fred Clapp, Regional Director for CSSI
Fred Clapp is the Regional Director for Cost Segregation Services, Inc. (CSSI) and primarily focuses of delivering tax savings to owners and users of CRE in the Mid-Atlantic. A seasoned asset management professional, Fred was instrumental in building a company that became Bally’s Fitness and then spent 16 years as an investment management consultant with Smith Barney before moving to Northern Virginia. He is the managing partner of Bridges Asset Management (www.bamprojects.com), a consulting practice specializing in cost segregation to generate cash flow through building cost write downs that offset taxable income. He serves as a liaison between commercial property owners, tax advisors, principals, agents, and CSSI’s engineering tax team to ensure candidate properties will maximize their tax-code approved savings.
