Please join us on May 14th for a presentation titled 'Where are we now?' featuring Christine Cooper, Managing Director and Chief U.S. Economist at CoStar Group. This presentation will provide a comprehensive overview of the national macroeconomic landscape, including a discussion of trends in the national multifamily market, and offers insight into how Richmond's multifamily market fits within this broader context.

About our Speaker: 

Christine Cooper

Christine Cooper is managing director and chief U.S. economist at CoStar Group, providing insights and analysis of national and regional macroeconomic conditions, and overseeing senior commercial real estate analysts across the nation. Christine is a frequent speaker at regional and national events, including at IREM, NAIOP, CREW and Apartment associations across the country.

Before joining CoStar, Christine led the Institute for Applied Economics at the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, producing numerous studies and presentations for government agencies, industry leaders and legislative bodies. She has been a lecturer at California State University Long Beach, Pepperdine University, and at the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy.

Christine holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Southern California with research emphasis in economic development and institutional economics.


Registration is REQUIRED by May 7th. May 8th through May 10th registrations will be considered late, and an extra fee is assessed. Registration will be closed after May 10th.
