Jesse S. Lennon, III
Jesse Lennon is a Generational Real Estate Investor & Developer.
He has been in the real estate industry since 1981, starting with the founding of a mortgage brokerage company called National Financial Network. In 1983, he bought his first investment property, a foreclosure from Sovran Bank, alongside his father. In 1989, he and his father started Pioneer Realty, where he quickly became a top-producing real estate salesperson. By 2007, the year he retired from actively and aggressively listing and selling homes to focus on growing his investment portfolio, he had achieved six consecutive years of selling over 100 homes annually.
Jesse is the author of four books and three courses, all focused on real estate and finance. He is also the editor and publisher of The Landlord Minute™ newsletter.
Currently, his son and oldest daughter work with him at Pioneer Realty, managing his rental properties as well as those of a few other landlords. This allows him to devote more time to investing in and developing real estate, writing, and supporting his children in their personal growth and the growth of the family business.
