How has the do-it-yourself vs outsource debate evolved for real estate investors, and what may change in the future? We will examine costs, benefits, trends, and software options for different types of property investments, managers, and owners in the evolving residential real estate market.
About our Speaker:
Adam Hamilton is the co-founder of REI Hub, providing intuitive accounting software tailored for rental property owners and real estate investors. Drawing on a background in property management and small business operations, he brings a fresh and customer centric perspective to landlord bookkeeping.
Adam and his business partner, Jon Carrier, saw that real estate investors were running small businesses, but often did not know their numbers. Investors have unique tax and accounting requirements that are best served by a purpose-built tool, so they began REI Hub to fill that need.
REI Hub enables landlords to be their own bookkeepers - and get it right - more quickly and easily than ever before. Between user-friendly software and stellar customer support, REI Hub is changing the way property owners keep their books nationwide.
Adam and Jon previously worked together at 501 Auctions, which was founded by Jon in 2011. They met while attending the University of Virginia.
Adam lives in the Forest Hill area of Richmond, Virginia. You can find him walking his dog with his wife, Melisa, or out on the tennis court.
Registration is REQUIRED by November 5th. November 6th through November 8th registrations will be considered late, and an extra fee is assessed. Registration will be closed after November 8th.
Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed seats or a meal.
