DISCUSSION TOPIC: USING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY

During the November Membership Meeting, Adam Hamilton with REIHUB, presented on the value of using property management software to improve processes for property owners and reduce expenses. We will continue to conversation around various accounting, property management, and other tools for property managers and owners.

Location:

• The Grapevine Greek and Italian Restaurant, 11055 Three Chopt Rd. at the corner of the intersection of Three Chopt, Church and Cox Rds. Henrico. VA 23233. This is 3/4 mile south of our monthly Membership Meeting located on Cox Road in Innsbrook.  Ask for the real estate investment group which will be in the glass enclosed room near the entrance. As members arrive, we discuss their immediate real estate issues, share our knowledge and offer solutions from the RPOA members in attendance. This is prior to the Discussion Topic.
