Join the RPOA on March 11th for an insightful presentation by Laura D. Lafayette, Chief Executive Officer of Richmond Association of REALTORS®.
This presentation will cover an overview of the current trends in the region’s housing market, with an emphasis on the affordability challenge.
About our Speaker:
Laura Lafayette is the Chief Executive Officer of the Richmond Association of REALTORS® and the Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service—two organizations that serve over 6,800 REALTORS® in Central Virginia.
Within the broader community, Laura is a member of the Board of Directors of the Maggie Walker Community Land Trust, ACTS, the Partnership for Housing Affordability, Chamber RVA, the YWCA, and the Board of Trustees for Virginia Episcopal Real Estate Partners.
Laura received her BA in Religion from the College of William and Mary; and pursued post-graduate work at both Yale Divinity School and the University of Virginia. She is the proud mother of three adult children.
Registration is REQUIRED by March 4th. March 5th through March 7th registrations will be considered late, and an extra fee is assessed. Registration will be closed after March 7th.
Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed seats or a meal.
Reminder: Those who registered and paid for the January and/or February meetings that were cancelled now have a credit that can be applied to a future General Membership Meeting.

The Jefferson Street Parking Deck is for permit holders (students and employees of VCU) only. Visitors are asked to park on side streets (ticketing/towing is done by the City of Richmond) or the JL Lot (ticketing/towing is done by VCU Parking).
