About our Speaker:
Adam benefits from over two decades of legal experience and five years as a corporate financial analyst, with a background in psychology, when serving his real estate and business transaction clients. Operating under the premise that “the deal drives the draft”, Adam knows that as legal counsel, you must understand the deal before drafting a document. To him, being a lawyer means fixing problems for clients and getting the deal done, while protecting their interests as best he can. Adam handles the sales and purchases of commercial real estate and businesses and business assets, commercial leasing – including resolution of commercial landlord and tenant disputes and representation of landlords in tenant bankruptcies, – and the drafting of agreements to resolve real estate and business issues, including boundary line disputes, easement issues, and forbearance by lenders.
Registration is REQUIRED by April 1st. April 2nd through April 4th registrations will be considered late, and an extra fee is assessed. Registration will be closed after April 4th.
Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed seats or a meal.
Reminder: Those who registered and paid for the January and/or February meetings that were cancelled now have a credit that can be applied to a future General Membership Meeting.

The Jefferson Street Parking Deck is for permit holders (students and employees of VCU) only. Visitors are asked to park on side streets (ticketing/towing is done by the City of Richmond) or the JL Lot (ticketing/towing is done by VCU Parking).
