DISCUSSION TOPIC: How I Made It

During the July Membership Meeting, Dr. David Galpern will share insights from his personal journey in real estate investment, including how he sourced and funded deals, managed and improved properties, and the strategies, lessons, and challenges he encountered along the way. Please join us to carry forward the conversation at Think Tank where members can share own experiences.

• The Grapevine Greek and Italian Restaurant, 11055 Three Chopt Rd. at the corner of the intersection of Three Chopt, Church and Cox Rds. Henrico. VA 23233. This is 3/4 mile south of our monthly Membership Meeting located on Cox Road in Innsbrook.  Ask for the real estate investment group which will be in the glass enclosed room near the entrance. Brain Trust Time:

As members arrive, we discuss their immediate real estate issues, share our knowledge and offer solutions from the RPOA members in attendance. This is prior to the Discussion Topic.
