Frank Cava is a highly accomplished real estate entrepreneur with a career starting in 1998 and experience in the industry since age five. He spent 12 years with the 3rd Largest US Home Builder, where he started at the bottom and rose to Vice President by age 30.
He is the founder of Cava (founded in 2007) and his professional track record is marked by significant scale and success:

Beyond traditional real estate development, Frank Cava is committed to Workforce Housing, which he owns and provides. He and his firm manage and own roughly 500 properties in Richmond, VA, and actively accept Section 8 Vouchers to facilitate accessible housing options.
