DISCUSSION TOPIC: Tax Advantage Real Estate

During the February Membership Meeting, Louis J. Rogers, the founder and co-chief executive officer of Capital Square and its related entities, explored understanding tax advantage real estate. Please join us to carry forward the conversation at Think Tank.

  • The Grapevine Greek and Italian Restaurant, 11055 Three Chopt Rd. at the corner of the intersection of Three Chopt, Church and Cox Rds. Henrico. VA 23233. This is 3/4 mile south of our monthly Membership Meeting located on Cox Road in Innsbrook.  Ask for the real estate investment group which will be in the glass enclosed room near the entrance. Brain Trust Time:

As attendee arrive, we discuss their immediate real estate issues, share our knowledge and offer solutions from the RPOA members in attendance. This is prior to the Discussion Topic.
