About The Speaker
Adam Nelson has nearly three decades of legal experience, in addition to five years of experience as a corporate financial analyst and his background in psychology. His practice focuses on real estate and business transactions, recognizing that every legal agreement is an aspect of managing a client’s business relationship, from a one-time transaction like selling a business or a property, to a long-term transaction such as leasing a building.

DISCUSSION TOPIC: Legislative Update on Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act

During the September Membership Meeting, Adam R. Nelson, Partner at ThompsonMcMullan, reviewed the changes to the Virginia Residential Landlord Tenant Act enacted by the new administration and General Assembly. Please join us to carry forward the conversation at Think Tank.

The Grapevine Greek and Italian Restaurant, 11055 Three Chopt Rd. at the corner of the intersection of Three Chopt, Church and Cox Rds. Henrico. VA 23233. This is 3/4 mile south of our monthly Membership Meeting located on Cox Road in Innsbrook. Ask for the real estate investment group which will be in the glass enclosed room near the entrance.
