The Richmond Property Owners Association (RPOA), formerly known as the Richmond Apartment Owners Association (RAOA), was founded in 1996 by 40 interested Owners/Managers who wanted to bring together apartment owners in the Richmond, Virginia community to network with each other, buy and sell real estate, and help each other with the daily challenges of rental real estate. Membership
Richmond Property Owners Association membership is available for any owner or manager of one or more rental units, and/or vendors of goods or services, who are interested in having a voice in their future in the City of Richmond and surrounding areas. RPOA offers two types of memberships. The regular membership is for owners, managers and/or investors in the rental housing industry. Our associate membership is for products and service companies who serve the apartment industry in their daily business.
