DISCUSSION TOPIC: Building Growth Together: Partnering with Community Economic Development Organizations
During the October Membership Meeting, Charles J. Bennett, Director of Economic Development and Tourism at the City of Hopewell, discussed how economic development organizations are not merely regulatory contacts or sources of incentives, but how they can help investors identify opportunities, navigate local processes, assemble partnerships, reduce development risk, and create projects that produce both financial returns and lasting community value. This is 3/4 mile south of our monthly Membership Meeting located on Cox Road in Innsbrook. Ask for the real estate investment group which will be in the glass enclosed room near the entrance. As attendee arrive, we discuss their immediate real estate issues, share our knowledge and offer solutions from the RPOA members in attendance. This is prior to the Discussion Topic.
