General Membership MeetingS
The General Membership Meeting takes place on the Second Tuesday of each month at the Westwood Club at Noon. The fee is typically $20-$24 for members and includes a buffet lunch, speaker, and networking opportunities. The fee is $30 for non members to attend with the above benefits, but non members are limited to attending two meetings before joining the association. NOTE: THERE IS NO MEMBERSHIP MEETING IN AUGUST!
The Think Tank meets on the Third Tuesday of each month at the Robin Inn, 2601 Park Ave, Richmond, VA 23220 at Noon. This is a casual setting where ideas, policies and procedures relating to the apartment industry are exchanged. This is a meeting for RPOA members only.
The RPOA Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Members are welcome to attend and new agenda topics should be given to the President in advance.
RPOA has at least one special event each year. In 2022, we held a social at Brambly Inn, and hosted a game day with the Flying Squirrels. Other events may be planned throughout the year. Come join us!
